Learn to make the perfect Pad Thai in a glorious beach-side Phuket cooking schoolWe have to admit that this is a silly name for a tour package. However, Woking on the Beach is all about having fun with food during your holiday in Phuket. This program includes two full days of cooking classes at the Phuket Thai Cookery School, located on a lovely private beach on Siray Island is a great place to learn Thai cooking in Phuket! Everyone gets their own work station and utensils in a spacious, spotless open-air classroom surrounded by awesome scenery and the sparkling Andaman Sea. It is the perfect place to relax completely and enjoy the food and the fun. Each day you will learn several delicious Thai dishes using ingredients that will not be difficult to find back home. The full class is five days, so you may want to extend your stay. If your companion is not interested in cooking we have many alternative activities to choose from as a substitute.
Arrive in Phuket. Lucky you! Our driver takes you to your hotel. Your time is free swim, sunbathe, watch the volleyball game on the pink section of the beach, shop, or relax. Stop by our Phuket headquarters in the lobby of Club One Seven Boutique Hotel for restaurant recommendations, tips about what else to see during your visit, or just a cup of coffee. We know some great little seafood places you will never find on your own.
This morning we whisk you off to the cooking school for your first day of "woking." Once you arrive you feel yourself begin to relax almost instantly. This place is unbelievable! Not only do you get to have a lot of fun learning to make some of your favorite Thai dishes, but you are surrounded by the serenity of nature and the breathtaking scenery of the Andaman Sea. Tonight our local guide will join you for a private nightlife tour in the heart of Patong Beach's rainbow zone. We want to make sure you know where to find all the places you most want to return on your own tomorrow night.
You will be sorry if you eat a big breakfast! We shuttle you back to the cooking school this morning for your second Thai cooking class. Later, you will have time for shopping or a few hours spa time before the nightlife begins to blossom. You are on your own tonight to sample more of the island's amazing seafood and perhaps one of the island's lavish shows.
You are on your own until out driver takes you to the airport. But don't you think you should stay longer? You can easily add extra nights and add extra days of cooking classes. After all, it's your vacation. And you came here for the food, right?
