Bangkok Basics

Our "Quickie" Bangkok package is packed with "sanook" (That's Thai for Fun)!

Our Bangkok Basics program is designed for guests who want all the thrills, without the frills. Settle in quickly and set your own itinerary. The bewildering pace of change in the capital city means that shops, restaurants and nightclubs may have closed, moved, or been replaced by newer, trendier venues. Our wonderfully knowledgeable guides and customer service staff are at your service to help get you up-to-speed on the current scene and scenery.

Day One: Check Out the Nightlife

We are waiting for you at the airport with private car to zip you to your hotel. Tonight you are free to explore Bangkok's diverse nightlife on your own, or do a bit of shopping in fabled Pat Pong or the Silom Night Bazaar.

Day Two:  Explore Bangkok With Your Guide

Plan your own schedule today with your private guide who is at your service from ten until ten for shopping, sight-seeing, hunting up old friends or discovering popular new hang-outs. Why not breeze around the city on the space-age Sky Train rail system and see the hidden city from 20 meters above the streets? If this is your first visit to the Big Mango you surely want to see all the essentials like the Grand Palace,Wat Po, Wat Arun, and possibly Jim Thompson's House and Vimarnmek Mansion. If you are returning for second or third Bangkok experience (there is no limit) we will take you to place you might have missed on previous visits, like Yowarat (our Chinatown), the Golden Mount, Prasart Museum, Muang Boran or a plethora of museums like MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art), the National Museum, Suan Pakaad Palace, or Kukrit's House. Can we tempt you to stay just one more day to take in the Condom Musesum, the Museum of Counterfeit Goods, the grizzly Siriraj Medical Museum or, our favorite, the Bangkok Corrections Museum, which is something like Madame Tussauds on Death Row. Or you could just shop all day.

You get to keep your guide until 22:00. He will help you find the perfect place for dinner (and join you if you like) and show you where to find nightlife that is to your taste or fantasty.

Day Three: Onward

Free time until your private transfer to the airport or extend your stay to discover more delights in beautiful Chiang MaiPhuket , or even a side trip to nearby Angkor Wat.
