Some cosmetic procedures involve more invasive techniques that require anesthesia of some kind and usually (but not always) a hospital stay of one night or longer. However, in many cases you can show up in the morning, have a minor surgery, spend some time in the recovery room, then go home (or to your hotel) in the afternoon when the surgeon feels that you are stable and comfortable. Thanks to advanced technology, surgeries that used to be complex and require miles and miles of gauze bandages are now fast, very routine, result in minimal pain and very fast recovery time.
 "Eye Lift" (Blepharoplasty) is a procedure that removes fat and excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids.
It also deflates bags below your eyes that make you look older and tired, and may even interfere with vision.
"Nose Job" ( Rhinoplasty): Reshape nose by adding or removing soft tissue and/or the underlying bone. Rhinoplasty can remove humps, change the shape of the tip or bridge of the nose, narrow the span of nostrils, or change the angle between nose and upper lip. It may also relieve some breathing problems.
Forehead Lift/Brow Lift can minimize forehead creases, drooping eyebrows, loose skin forming a hood over the eyes, furrowed forehead and frown lines by removing excess tissue, altering muscles and tightening the forehead skin. Liposuction (also known as lipoplasty, liposculpture or suction lipectomy) is a surgery that improves the shape of the body by removing fat with a suction device. It is probably the most frequently- performed aesthetic surgical procedure of all time. Affected areas can range from the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, to neck, backs of the arms and elsewhere. The fat is removed via a "cannula," a narrow wand-like tube. Improvements in liposurgical equipment now make useful on various parts of the face and neck. Liposuction is not recommended for very obese people and is not a substitute for diet and exercise, but it is a useful method to get rid of stubborn fat left after diet and exercise.
"Tummy Tuck" (Abdominoplasty). This procedure flattens the abdomen by removing excess fat and skin and tightening the muscles of abdominal wall. It is most often performed for people who are left with folds of lose skin after losing a lot of weight or after multiple pregnancies. It will leave a permanent scar depending the size of the operation and will require several days of hospitalization.
Arm Lift. Do you skin on your upper arm sag hopelessly when you reach out? This condition will never improve with age, but a skilled surgeon can make it go away in just about an hour.
Back Ear surgery(Otoplasty) folds prominent ears back closer to the head and can even reduce the size of large ears. This procedure is most often performed on children, although it is also available for adults who never had the opportunity to resolve this often-embarrassing physical characteristic.
Male breast reduction - Gynecomastia. This procedure reduces enlarged, female-like breasts in men using liposuction and/or cutting out excess glandular
tissue.
