Travel in Thailand is somewhat more expensive than it was one year ago. The value of the Thai baht has increased against the dollar and the Euro. In September 2005 one dollar could buy 41 baht. In September 2006 it can buy only 37. Western governments encourage these trends in exchange rates to make their countries' products more competitive and to make imports more expensive. Nevertheless, Thailand is still an incredible bargain compared to many other parts of the world. If you prefer, we can quote you a price in Thai baht. For our guests who live outside the U.S. our baht prices could result in a substantially lower price.

Even though we use personal English-speaking guides on practically all of our programs, our prices are competitive with most group tours and with internet hotel booking websites. If you think our prices are high, there are a few things you should remember:

Our package features are comprehensive and include almost everything except meals.

You also get the benefit of our terrific service and expertise before and during your holiday.

When you compare hotel internet rates with our packages, remember that you get much more than just a room when you choose one of our packages and we normally offer better rooms than hotel booking websites. Our prices include tax and service. By the time you add 17% tax and service plus airport transportation to internet hotel website rates, our package price is about the same. That means our great service and the sightseeing you get with a private guide are virtually free because we can get much lower hotel rates than you can.

Many of our guests tell us that prefer to support businesses that are gay owned, gay managed and gay staffed and that they appreciate the higher standard of quality that most gay businesses maintain.
